Windows 10: I need an AGENT!

Discus and support I need an AGENT! in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I am so frustrated I am about to SCREAM. I am now completely locked out of my computer.     I am so frustrated I am about to SCREAM. I am now completely locked out of my computer. Microsoft has NO way to allow me to change over xbox ownership. They told me I had to add my son's email and make his the primary, then remove my email from that Microsoft account and create a new one. Which is what I did. I moved 365, One Drive etc off my now son's account and transferred it to mine. HOWEVER, my device is refusing my to sign in to 365/One Drive. Keeps giving my the error "You need to be connected to the Internet" etc. I have done all the advice in this forum to no avail. I found somethi
