Windows 10: i need anyone's help to get admin in window 11 let me give the detail

so apparently my account i don't know how but was not Logging in in my main account i was trying and somehow i was stuck in a local account.and then by mistake i remove admin from my main account and was logged in in my local account.so, right now i have like 0 admin in my laptop and system recovery is not working or nor the cmd is working and the worse when i searched on internet for this problem they were telling something like click on the family and other user option or below it i don't know actually and there is no such option in my laptop. its been 4-6 days since i am trying to solve th

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
