Windows 10: I need assistance with Windows activation.

I have been using a laptop for the past 4 years, and it initially had Windows 10 Home Edition activated. However, my friend recently provided me with a Windows 10 Pro Edition key. I decided to use it, but after going through the installation process and restarting the laptop, I encountered an issue. When I checked the activation window in the settings, it displayed the message: 'Windows can't activate right now. Try activating again later. If that does not work, contact your system admin. Error code: 0x800705B4.'To resolve this problem, I ran the troubleshooter for activation, which led me to

This error code is usually caused by a problem with the product key. For better assistance, we would like to clarify how you got the Windows 10 Pro? Is it supplied by a company?

As an initial troubleshooting step, we suggest that you run the Activation troubleshooter and try activating Windows 10 Pro again. To run the Activation troubleshooter, follow these steps:

• Click the Start button and select the Settings

• Choose Update & Security from the list.
• Select Activation in the left pane of the window.
• Click Troubleshoot.

I suggest you to try to activate Windows by phone by following the steps below:

• Press “Windows key + R” and type “slui 4” and press Enter.
• Select your Region/Country.
• Select the Phone Activation option, and hold on for a real person.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
