Windows 10: I need ATI Radeon Recommendations

Hello, good people. I need some advice / recommendations for a new or used mint graphics card. Right now, I’m considering spending around $120 for a mint condition EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB mini card. I realize that there may be stronger cards out there not made by Nvidia for the same price used. Preferably cards made by ATI Radeon. I’ve only ever bought Nvidia cards so I know nothing about ATI Radeon cards.

Are there any ATI Radeon cards that are stronger than the 1060 3GB Mini for around $120-130 that you know of?

• Download driver: ATI Technologies Inc. driver update for ATI Mobility Radeon X1350 (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM) Version Windows Vista
  Drivers (Video) 25.08.2006 7.14.10.8333 - 3421_c6c890a15113b794e88f5614daec1276499fa94b.cab
• Unzip file 3421_c6c890a15113b794e88f5614daec1276499fa94b.cab
• Enter to unzip folder
• Right click on file "atiilhag.inf"
• Select - "Install"
• Be Happy!!!

ATI Radeon 3000 Graphics Driver is not working properly.

Did you happen to try the workaround from the post I linked earlier?

The method suggested was as follows:

<in Control Panel>

open Device Manager, select Display adapters

Right click ATI Radeon (or generic graphics adapter if listed that way) and select Properties

Click "Update driver"

Click "browse"

Click "Let me pick from a list"

select (AMD or ATI) driver version 8.970.100.9001 from 2015 and install that

 

This PC cant run Windows 10 reason: ATI Mobility Radeon x1300

I understand the inconvenience that you are experiencing. I will definitely assist you.

Based on your description, I would like to inform you that uninstall the
ATI Mobility Radeon x1300 and upgrade to the Windows 10.

I suggest you uninstall the graphic card. Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press WindowsKey + R and type
  devmgmt.msc in the box and hit Enter.
  
• 
  Locate and Expand the Display Adapter driver.
  
• 
  Right Click on the Display Device.
  
• Click on uninstall.

Now upgrade to Windows 10 once upgrade is done, I would recommend you to install the
ATI Mobility Radeon x1300 Graphic card again using compatibility mode. To install the Graphic card in compatibility mode right click on the setup .exe file, select
properties and Select Compatibility mode.
