Windows 10: I need help cleaning up desktop

Hey microsoft, i was just asking if you could help me with this. So i've got a dell inspiron 3470 with 104gb storage and i've used most of it. but for system and reserved 19gb is being used. I just recently updated firmware and drivers and i need help cleaning up. Please can you help me?

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
