help connecting Signia hearing aids

I am having difficulty getting my Signia hearing aids to playback on windows 10. They are paired. They do not connect via blue-tooth. They are not in my playback devise list. Driver is working and has been deleted and reinstalled during restart. Any help
out there?

 

WP7 Blue Tooth support for non-Blue Tooth "BTE" Hearing Aids

I have no knowledge of the two things that are needed: 1) A Blue Tooth ear piece that is compatible with a non-Blue Tooth "BTE" (Behind the Ear) hearing aid, and 2) effective WP7 Blue Tooth support using the Samsung Focus smart phone. A BTE hearing
aid has a small plastic tube that wraps around behind the ear and terminates with a small hearing device that hangs further down behind the ear.. The best Blue Tooth ear piece for this application would 1) be small and light, 2) be inconspicuous, 3) attach
either by wrapping securely on top of, or beside the small wrap-around tube, and 4) provide sufficient sound levels to be picked up by the hearing device. Concerning WP7 Blue Tooth support using the Samsung Focus, I simply don't know what is provided.

I have RESOUND LYNX 2 hearing aids. Do I need an app to blue tooth them to my computer? if not, How do i connect?? On my i phone , i use Blue tooth and the music comes through the hearing aids. How do i do it on the computer?
