Windows 10: I need help diagnosing an error code 141 "hardware error"

Hello, i sincerely hope this will be a quick and simple diagnosis. to give a little backstory, i have rebuilt my PC recently. the first rebuild roughly a month ago had a faulty motherboard which we replaced with a second while RMAing the first board. it caused multiple bluescreens and was a very hectic diagnosis attempting to figure out what the problem was. the second rebuild with the new motherboard has been largely and entirely stable, with one exception today. i was in the middle of a game, i had a stream playing on a second monitor and was attempting to edit a screenshot when the visual o

BIOS error codes

So I have motherboard with installed small LED screen, which presents BIOS error codes.

Where can I find a list of those errors. And I don't mean beep codes, but the "number" codes.

Ex after installing sound card, the motherboard startup fails with the code 15.

Help Needed, PC keeps Crashing (dwm.exe stops working and hardware error 141)

Unfortunately it didn't fix anything as I thought, just crashed with another code 141 hardware error, no dwm.exe errors this time though.

Edit: just crashed again 16 mins after that crash and wasn't even in a game or anything. This time DWM.exe crash and code 141 hardware error

I'll likely wait and buy a newer motherboard or GPU as that is all it can be since I've tried everything else.

Hardware Error Problem Event Name: LiveKernelEvent Code: 141

I have been experiencing Hardware Errors LiveKernelEvent Code: 141 and Problem Event Name: BlueScreen Code: 116 on my PC. I tried reinstalling my graphics drivers and updated both windows and my NVIDIA drivers.
