Windows 10: I need help fixing a black screen after factory reset

I factory reseted my pc but after it finished my account was still on it and when i type in my password i get the user profile service service failed the sign in profile can't be loaded i tried to start in safe mode it then let me sign into the account and it then started the getting things ready for you part and it went to a black screen and now won't do anything

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
