Windows 10: I need help fixing Jagged text

For some reason, all the text on my computer is jagged even though i have anti aliasing on and i have been searching for a solution all day and have not found one, It is very annoying.

Fuzzy Text - EDID Fix....Need Help

Computer: Zotac MAG HD-ND01, Nvidia ION Video.
Monitor: Westinghouse 32" 1080P TV.
Op System: Windows 7 64bit.

Problem: Fuzzy text when using HDMI @1920x1080P. Text sharp using VGA.

I know that the solution is to edit the registry to override the monitors HDID extensions to disable audio over HDMI.

I downloaded some tools like Phoenix EDID Designer, and Monitor Asset Manager but don't have a clue how to proceed.

Is there a step by step guide on this?

If you encounter the same issue in the further then, I would suggest you to follow the below steps to run the
Cleartype text.

• Type cleartype text in the search bar and click on the
  Adjust Cleartype text.
• Check mark on the Turn on Cleartype.
• Click on Next and follow the onscreen instructions.

so have you re enabled your audio yet? im getting more questions then answers and its making it hard to help you. this is a trouble shooting system it will take as long as it takes to fix and skipping steps doesnt cut to the chase it makes it a longer process.
