    I have been having a BSOD error on my pc quite frequently and not sure how to fix it. I have done many things to attempt to fix the issue but none have worked. i even went as far as a clean install of windows and that didnt even work. I am kinda lost at this point and i could be missing key details to help me fix my problem but i dont know. I have been getting the same BSOD error even after i did a clean install of windows. Any help would be extremely appreciated

    Frequent BSOD on brand new alienware laptop.

    I have a brand new Alienware 15 R2 laptop with Windows 10 Pro installed from factory. Facing an issue where it frequently crashes. Goes into BSOD on boot at the login screen, reboots, again BSOD then reboots to menu where I can reboot to safe mode.

    Sometimes I just need to uninstall and reinstall the application (Origin, UPLAY, 7 ZIP) and the issue stops. But now it just crashes in between use.

    BlueScreenView shows error to be Bad_pool_header or IRQ_not_less_or_equal error for NTOSKRNL.EXE, along with IASTORA.SYS, USBXHCI.SYS, HAL.DLL,WDIWIFI.SYS

    Can someone help with this?

    Brand new PC BSoD

    Hi,

    Corrupted drivers and system files are one of the possible reasons why this issue is happening. We'd like to get additional information to help resolve the issue. Kindly answer the following questions below:

    • What is the stop error code showing on the screen whenever you experience BSoD? (e.g.: 0x0000000A, 0x0000003B, and 0x000000EF)
    • Did you installed any third-party applications on your new computer before the issue started?
    • Is there a specific action you're doing on the computer that triggers BSoD?
    In the meantime, we suggest performing the possible solutions in this
    article
    to help resolve blue screen errors.

    We'll keep an eye out for your response.

    [URGENT] BSOD Alienware 17R4

    Thanks again Dave, do you think its a driver issue ? since its not the first time im into this troubleshooting and also im not the only one with similar problems .. : alienware 17r4 bsod - Google Suche i also tried another stick of ram brand new still the same isssue ... i will try your suggestion with memtest86 but i doubt it will show any errors since its a new stick and have the same problem.. (I even change the motherboard and tried different ram slot)
