Windows 10: I need help fixing this update!

So yesterday I restarted my computr because it was acting slow, when I was hit with a update. Thought nothing of it, its done that before. However when the update finished it had pretty much reset a lot of stuff on my computer (my toolbar, browser settings) and moved all my files to a hard part of my computer to find.

Again, not worried its also done this before. Usually fixes itself after restarting. Except this time everytime I restart my computer it puts it right back to how it was after the update. If I installed discord, then restart my computer it goes back to before I installed it.

Can I have some help trying to figure out what the heck is going on?
