Windows 10: I need help from Microsoft Team to find my Bitlocker Recovery Key

Hi Team,I am not tech pro guy and tried numerous times to connect with the Microsoft Team but all the time i got an answer that we are currently closed and call in the regular business hours.Even, no email where we can write our issue.Thanks

Lost bitlocker recovery key

I have lost my bitlocker recovery key and tried following the recovery steps. I have also searched and tried following the command prompts suggested but none have worked.

No, no other accounts.

What puzzles me is why the Bitlocker recovery key is not listed on the microsoft account, but there is a recovery key listed there for a computer I do not recognise.

I have several laptops but only the HP Envy has had Bitlocker on it. So what key is this on my account? And why isn't the Envy key there?
