Windows 10: I need help getting my hacked account back from a rambler.ru hacker

So I know my Gmail past and the gmail he changed it to but i cant get accsess to it but it still exsist since i have it logged in into microsoft and the only game i installed / payed for is minecraft deluxe i dont know if its possible to transfer that game to my main gmail. But anyways ive tried some stuff like researching, and trying to log in but it says "your account doesnt exsist" something like that. then i went to the gmail of russia rambler . ru but i didint try to log in but i did somemore research and found out it is the gmail for russians. and now im just trying to get help to ge

My Microsoft account got hacked by a rambler ru

Can I trust that Microsoft will notify me about transferring my data and purchases from my hacked account all the way to a brand new one? I tried to use the recover form a few times now, but the only replies I've been getting is that the information that I provided about my hacked account was not enough to confirm my ownership, especially since the hacker changed the original email address of said account. All the information I provided was accurate to what I remember, yet I'm still being told that it wasn't enough to validate account ownership.

okay so, the hacker changed the email and pass I already recovered it once but then they changed the password again it clearly pisses me off the domain of the email is "rambler,ru" I woke up to this. I have a MInecraft account connected to this so I need this to be recovered or i'll lose all my data. Thanks
