Windows 10: I need help getting my windows laptop working again!

My windows laptop was running just fine but all of a sudden a brick ton load of stuff just magically appeared on my computer and now I have trouble running to most minimalistic tasks. I need help fixing it.

Really, you should be getting a list of laptops you like the look of, narrowing it down and then asking on here which is best.

Asking people for suggestions really doesn't work well as most people only have experience with 1-2 laptops at a time.

Searching all the shopping sites and creating a list for you is a lot of work.

You need to do the work and we can help with the rest.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
