Windows 10: i need help getting onto my school laptop

i got a school laptop in the middle of the covid lockdown and i recently tried getting back onto it however i am stuck trying to log in as i have tried all of the other options that are available. i have tried reseting my laptop mulitple times and have even tried using a installation programme but its not working at all. im not sure what to do now! please help if u can, i am running out of options

How to remove an Icon of "eConnect by Harris School Solutions" on my Taskbar

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the "eConnect by Harris School Solutions"
from the taskbar and check if it helps.

• Right click on the icon "eConnect by Harris School Solutions".
• Click on “Unpin from Taskbar” the icon will be removed from the taskbar.

Your school will have limited the recovery options available n the Recovery Environment.

Is that a school laptop or your own personal laptop?

If that is your own laptop, where in Windows are you seeing the school account listed?

Open the Settings App.

Go to Accounts.

Select Your Info, is the school Email listed there?

Select Emails and Accounts, is the school Email listed there?

Select Access Work or School, is the school Email listed there?
