Windows 10: I need help getting past administrator login

Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Administrator forgot password and/or is not working anymore, cannot login

I suggest you to boot through Windows 10 recovery media, then open Command Prompt from Windows Recovery Environment and enable Built in Administrator.

Follow the below steps to enable Built in Administrator:

• Open Command Prompt from Windows Recovery Environment.
• Copy and paste the below command and press Enter.

net user administrator /active:yes

3. Close the Command Prompt and try to login though Built in Administrator.

4. Change the earlier password or you can create new user account.

Can't get past administrator on Windows 10

I would suggest you to create a bootable media for windows 10 and try to enable the hidden administrator account. You need to have a installation media for that.

Follow the instructions on Windows 10 Software Download page to create media:
http://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows10

After creating the media, boot the computer from the medium and then try the following method to perform a Startup Repair in Windows 10.

• Contact the computer manufacturer to know on how to change the boot order of the computer. You will have to change the boot device to CD/DVD drive and then boot from the Windows 8.1 installation disk.
• In the “Windows Setup” dialog box that appears, set the Time and currency format, Keyboard or input method and the language to install and then click “Next”.
• Click on “Repair your computer” from the lower left corner.
• From the “Choose an option screen”, click on “Troubleshoot”.
• Click “Advanced Options” in the “Troubleshoot” screen.
• In the “Advanced Options” screen, click “Command Prompt”.
• Once you open Command prompt, enter the following command and press enter.
• . At the command prompt, type net user administrator /active:yes, and then press ENTER.
• Type exit and then press ENTER. Log off the current user account and then login with Administrator account and check if it helps.

After re-adding the account I would suggest you to disable the
hidden administrator account.

To disable hidden administrator account follow the step given below.

• 
  Press Windows key + X key and select Command Prompt.
  
• 
  In command prompt type
  net user administrator /active:no and hit enter.
  

This would disable the hidden administrator account.

Check if you are able to successfully boot the system.
