Windows 10: i need help, how to remove READONLY / WRITE PROTECTION from my usb

i got Windows 11 Pro installed on a 256GB USB 3.0 using Rufus, i knew it won't work like an actual OS but i only installed it out of curiousity, after using it for like 2 hours it started crashing and giving me blue screen, so i said it's time to fomat the usb but... it said that my USB is Write protected and i tried to clear the attribute read-only from the CMD but it didn't work and also tried to change the values on a new key that i created in the registry editor but also didn't work , plz help 'here is it, Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\StorageDevicePolicies

How to Remove Write-Protection from an OEM USB Drive?

I did all that. After I entered, "ATTRIBUTES DISK CLEAR READONLY", I didnt get a prompt stating that the write protect has been removed. But the command prompt stated that disk attributes cleared successfully.

But when I tried to format the USB drive I get a pop up window stating that its still write-protected. Do you have any other suggestions?

1. Start > Run -> type CMD and press enter

2. type diskpart > enter

3. type list disk > enter

4. type select disk # (# is the number of the USB HDD you’ve plugged in )

5. type attributes disk clear readonly
