Windows 10: i need help, I cannot find where to remove child restrictions on my laptop

I followed the instructions to remove all child restrictions from my laptop. At one time my school aged daughter was using my computer for school related school assignments, and we needed to control access to the internet for this reason.She has since graduated, and this restriction is no longer needed. I have not been able to remove the restrictions and it hinders my work on this computer, I am constantly being asked to get permission, please advise.

Microsoft Family Restrictions Still Persist After Removal of Child.

As the title reads, after the child has been removed from the Family, the restrictions still persist. If the child requests for more time, there is an error stating there is no Internet connection. Is there any way to completely remove these restrictions?
I have tried removing the child's device from all accounts.

A Parent account can manage or control the Child account's privacy and online safety settings online. To change or remove the restrictions on your child's profile, you may follow the steps below:

• Sign in to your account on the
  Xbox account settings page.
• Select the gamertag of the child account which you want to edit.
• Go to the Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety.
• Set Join multiplayer games to Allow.
• Save your settings.

Make sure that the restrictions are also removed from the
Microsoft Family page.

• Sign in to your account and look for the child account's email address.
• Click on Content restrictions.

Windows 10 Family safety - child can disable all feature, why?

There may be a sync issue with the restrictions that has been applied to the child account. To isolate your concern regarding Family Safety, we recommend that you follow these steps:

• Remove the Child account on the Family Safety website.
• Change the passwords of your account.
• Add the Child account again.
• Add the restrictions to the Child account again.

Keep us updated with the results if your child will still be able to turn off the Family Safety feature after performing the steps above.
