Windows 10: I Need help I can't turn on my computer correctly

Hello, I've downloades another system on my computer called "Phoenix OS" and I tried to delete it, I turned off "time do disable list of operating system" from windows 10 and now its opening phoenix OS everytime I run my computer. how to stop it and run my computer with windows again?

Icons from apps aren´t displayed correctly

Do the apps work fine apart form the icons not displaying correctly? If so I would suggest you to run an SFC scan and check if it helps. If the issue persists you may run DISM command and check.

Follow this steps:

    Press Windows+X.
    
  • 
    Click on Command Prompt (Admin).
    
  • 
    Type the command SFC /SCANNOW and
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and hit
    Enter.

Pc problem, randomly doesn't turn on sometimes.
