Windows 10: I need help I dont even know where to start.

This all started yesterday, my alt, crtl, and windows keys haven't worked on my pc for months and yesterday I got a new keyboard and I was tired of the keys not working so I looked up some fixes. One person online said this issue could be because I could have a corrupted user. So I watched some videos on how to make a new user and they had me mess with the administrator privileges a bit. They told me to restart my pc so I did. Not only did the keyboard still not work but I now had an administrator account I didn't know I had and I didn't know the password. Ive been trying a ton of things to fi

It seems that most of the possible troubleshooting steps has been exhausted. For now we suggest that you change the default format of your microphone. To do this, kindly follow the steps below:

• To do this right click the Sound icon in the bottom right of your screen.
• Then select Recording.
• Double click the Microphone to open Microphone Properties.
• In Microphone Properties window go to Advanced.
• Under the Default Format choose any of the 16 bit options.
• Click Apply, then OK.

Headphones Suddenly Dont Work!

I suggest you to update Monitor Driver and check if that helps.

Follow the steps below.

• Right click on the Start button and select Device Manager.
• Expand Monitors and Right click on the driver and follow the onscreen instruction to
  Update drivers.
