I have sa samsung galaxy book2 pro 360 laptop, after last night update of the windows version, I cannot use my PIN to login it keep saying error though it was right. So I click forgot PIN then Microsoft promt to login and recieved code. So I start enter a new PIN but I enter the same PIN I have before then confirm the PIN, after submitting, my screen didn't light up, remain black only I can see is the cursor pointer. What should I do? Please help me the technical problem.
