I decided to reinstall windows as I had been having issues with a slower PC and such. I saved the install to my D drive then proceeded to go through the install process then installed windows to my C drive. It then went the “Getting ready” stayed there for a while then I went to the bathroom and when I came back my PC was in a loop where it says my mother board company ASrock then gives me menu options then restarts again raving the fans up then going back to the same ASrock loading screen. I am able to get into the bios without it restarting but I don’t know how to fix the loop. As soon as I

Computer stuck at getting windows ready

For us to effectively assist you, may we ask if you made any recent changes on your computer prior to the issue?

Have you tried any possible troubleshooting steps? If yes, what are those steps? This is to avoid repeating of the possible steps done.

If Windows 10 install gets stuck on the message "Getting Windows ready", it is possible that the internet connection might be running slow. Kindly ensure that your internet connection can suffice the download during the update. The other thing would be a conflict
from external devices. We suggest temporarily disconnect all peripherals aside from mouse and keyboard.

Windows 10 Setup Stuck on "Getting Ready"

My computer was dead for a few months, but I'm trying to reset it. The setup goes normally, but when it reaches the "Getting Ready" screen with the windows logo and the spinning circle, it gets stuck. I've tried to reinstall Windows, but it kept on doing
the same thing. I've also tried 2 different USB's.

Can someone please help?
