    Hp pavillion 21 all in one desktopWindows 8.1So I got a hp pavillion 21 and it's about 3 or 4 years old. I'm trying to update from 8.1 because the store,web browsers and movie apps take literally days to load. I've tried about every possible outcome and nothing is working. I'm ready to smash this computer and not buy anything from microsoft again. I've attempted to get help but your phoneline keeps saying go to the website wich I can't do and I can't live chat.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
