Windows 10: I need help in removing suspected virus and cleaning it

I might have downloaded some application which has virus. After clicking on file nothing happened so I thought it was corrupted and deleted it. The next day my instagram was hacked, then reddit and at last all gmails i had without any 2Factor. But i recovered all the accounts at the moment but what should i do next. I ran quick scan nothing showed up, so i ran Microsoft defender offline scan nothing showed up either. Still they were trying to login but i got notifications of activity for discord and updated passwords. Now i ran full scan took about 8 hours atlast it showed i had 2 virus files.
