Windows 10: I need help leaving family group.

Hey my name is Hector Lugo,I was looking on guidance on how I would go about leaving the family group my account is under. It was made under my step mom when I was 15/16 and now I am 23. I am no longer in contact with her for reasons id prefer not to explain but, there has to be a way to get out of the group without her accessing an account she no longer knows about/ has access to I am sure.. I can verify my age, identity, and that I own my account; I just need to get out of this family because it is restricting my laptop and desktop. I spoke with Microsoft support and they said to reach out h

Family Organizer Leaving Family Group

• If Mother was the administrator of the Family Group, you can exit the Family Group directly, and Mother will automatically become the Family Group organizer.
  
  If you want to stay in the Family Group, you need to rejoin, either as an administrator or as a regular Family Group member.
  
  Visit Getting started with Microsoft Family Safety for more details.
  

• If Mother was already a member of the Family Group, you need to remove her from the Family Group, then add it again, and need to select "Administrator" when selecting the role.
  

Meanwhile, you can dissolve the Family Group, and then let the new organizer send an invitation to re-establish the Family Group. Visit Leave family group or remove members (microsoft.com) for more details.

Leaving or being removed from a family group will not delete Microsoft accounts. However, family groups without an organizer and at least one other family member will be deleted.

Family Organizer cannot leave family group

As I describe in the title, I cannot leave the family group. The instruction suggest the following:

1. Using a web browser, sign in to family.microsoft.com.
   
2. Click ... next to your name and select Leave family group.
   
3. Select Remove to confirm.
   

However, I cannot locate any ... sign next to my name. Please help me with this issue.
