Windows 10: I need help! my outlook is blocked and i cant get it back!

I wrote the wrong password in to many times and now i am blocked from my main outlook. I have tried everything to try and get it back. use my phone number.use another email / outlook to ask for help via account recovery only to find out that if i have a two step varification activated i cant reclaim my account this way.I am at the end of my rope.I have everything on this outlook. All the importent stuff that i need.I cant reclaim any of my stuff.Plz anyone at Microsoft contact me and help me get my account back. plz i beg you.

No. Also I followed the steps on Manage suggested recipients in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes with Auto-Complete

cleared this list (Empty Auto-Complete List.)
disabled the option ("Use Autocomplete list..") and again cleared the list
relaunched Outlook in between
still those very old email addresses show up.

I give up.

Block e-mails

I'm Peter F independent Advisor

to block the senders please follow these steps

open the message you want to block.

Add the sender to the blocked senders list.

In Windows Live Mail, choose Actions→Junk E-Mail→Add Sender to Blocked Senders List.

In Windows Mail, choose Message→Junk E-Mail→Add Sender to Blocked Senders List.

In Outlook Express, choose Message→Block Sender.

Click the Yes button or click OK.

Help with the newer version of outlook

Hi Ollie,

It takes a little getting used to. You still have the option to right-click email and select Junk > Block Sender.

You can also go to your top search bar and type "block", it will provide suggested Actions, in this case, Junk > Block Sender.

You can use that same search bar to help you navigate other actions as you get used to the new outlook. Test it out with typing Send or Receive.

Lastly, you can go to your Help drop-down menu, select Help providing you with a list of helpful topics and Outlook training.
