Windows 10: I need help my pc is broke due to virus

hi there, I downloaded this virus due to somebody sending it to me on discord, I downloaded it and my pc blue screened then went into bios, every time I reboot my pc it just takes me into bios every single time, they also took all my account logins but it’s fine I changed my passwords, please help me fix my pc for free
