Windows 10: I need help my screen a dim black

Hey so I'm on windows 11 I saw that I needed a small update that would take around 1 min to be done so I clicked yes after that it wasn't the normal update screen my screen became a dim black I waited 13-20 mins before I decided to shut down now everytime I power it on its just a dim screen does anyone know how I can fix this forgot to mention I'm on laptop I use acer predator helios 300

How to dim screen?

I tried googling Windows Ten, "how to dim screen," but the layout listed is not the layout I have. I just got Ten yesterday. How do you dim the screen?

I can't even find the options in the Display section.
