Windows 10: I need help on my GPU on my Windows 11 Pro Task Manager

My task manager says I have two GPU's GPU 0: "NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER"GPU 1: "AMD RadeonTM GraphicsI recently had to reset my PC due to my own error but I'm not sure what happened? The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER has always been my graphics card when playing Video games on PC but now it's all messed up. Can someone explain or help or confirm this is working right?

Task Manager could not detect my GPU

i built this pc since 2011 My GPU shows on task manager on WIndows8.1 and Windows 10 expect Windows 11.On the performace task they did not detect my gpu.The gpu name was on my previous question.

You can now view GPU performance in the Task Manager in Windows 10 if you have a dedicated GPU, the Task Manager will show you performance stats for both the integrated and dedicated GPU since you just mentioned that you've already upgraded your PC to the Fall
Creators Update. But, since the GPU graph is not showing on your PC's Task Manager, there's a possibility that your computer wasn't meet requirements for GPU in the Task Manager. To know more about it, you may check this article:

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.
