    I need help reading a minidump file -


    An interesting problem: I get a BSOD only after I exit from remote desktop.So I connect to my campus computer using remote desktop. Every thing is fine. When I close remote desktop, however, I get the BSOD bad pool caller. Usually immediately after closing remote desktop, sometimes it takes 30 seconds. This is the only situation I've gotten the BSOD on this new machine.     Help reading these minidump files?

    Been having issues for a while now, did a full windows reinstall twice. Both times, they ran fine for a while and then starting getting bluescreens doing even the most mundane of things sometimes, like just sitting in desktop. I heard minidumps can be used to give a clue as to what's going on, but I'm going to be honest I have no idea how to read them. There will be a link to the zip file containing them below. Any help is much appreciated!

    No problem, I am here to help. It is still not able to be opened. Here is information on how to do this.

    Please go to your computer to find the minidump at this location. C:\Windows\Minidump

    I have enclosed the directions below on how to send the minidump to me. You will need to save it first to the desktop.
