    I need help regarding a random WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR


    I recently built my PC and I am getting a random error, but even after getting a better cooler and checking my temperatures and seeing they are in order I keep getting a random WHEA_ERROR but I need help since I can't seem to identify the cause.Here is a drive link to my NFO file and my minidump after the crash:https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1NLhujIjThA8H3hzeBnZQOqf5DmafSE2Y?usp=sharing * Moved from Community Center

    How do I explain what steps I took... I ran dm_log_collector.exe but not sure how results were actually acquired/interpreted.

    I need to be able to explain steps I took and steps taken to reproduce.

    I'll leave it to the experts to chime in.

    According to axe0 in this post, it was at least part of the problem:

    I also probably had outdated drivers exacerbating the situation... but again, axo0, zbook, or philc43 would need to add their account of what they saw from the zips.

    I appreciate your effort on this. However, In order to help you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps, we will need the following details:

    • When do you the error message?
    • Which build version and edition of Windows are you using? To check type:
      winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
      Enter.
    • What is the make and model of the computer?

    As per the dump file shared by you, the error seems to be with the Cache of the Intel processor. I suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article

    How to fix WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR     and see if that helps.

    You may also refer the troubleshooting steps in the article
    Troubleshoot blue screen errors     and see if that helps.
