Windows 10: I need help removing a supposed hackers email from my machine.

I have already added my account to the machine, but I want to remove this email that looks to be a disposable email, I did not add it to the account and I can't sign into many things because I need my PIN, which I do not know, but if I follow the steps to remove it, It prompts me to sign in with the disposable email, but I cannot do that because I do not know its password.

Remove hacker email from my microsoft account

So i managed to get back into my account because the hacker who got into it didnt remove my email from backup recovery. Now I'm stuck with their email on my account as the primary alias and i cant seem to get microsoft to take any of my emails as a new primary, which means I cant remove the hackers. What am I supposed to do here? I can and have clearly proven that this account belongs to me.
