Windows 10: I need help to fix a bug in Windows 10!

Hello Folks,

by this year 2020 and the newest updates, i got a problem with my Windows 10 build and i was'nt able to fix it.
Maybe someone had the same problem before or you allready know how to fix this problem:

Two or three weeks before, i started my PC normaly, with one exception, i added before a WIFI AC Adapter ASUS. I guess it started happining after the build in, that as i opened up Windows 10 Menus or the Windows 10 Taskbar and i looked like i allways pushed down my "arrow-down" button on my keyboard. That means, that i'm still able to open up, for example, menus normaly, but it allways scorlls down to the bottom of it. The happend so far only in build in Windows 10 elements like the "settings" and in the "task-bar", as well in one other programm so far, the game "Battlefield 5".

I tried several methodes to fix the problem so far, like deinstalling and reinstalling the last updates, installing the newest drivers for the new build in PCIe AC-adapter, restarting the PC or just disable the "inactive window scrolldown" function under "mouse" in the settings.

Maybe someone is able to help me. It would be cool if i can fix it quite fast, because i have to work with my PC.

Creative X-Fi Soundcards and Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709 = Complete Disaster / Not Working

Thank you for trying to help , i did tried your suggestion but it did not work :/ , nothing seems to make it work on Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709. In the meantime i have bought a new SoundBlasterX AE-5 and it did installed flawlessly , no problems whatsoever. it is up to Creative ( drivers ) and Microsoft ( bug fix ) to fix this huge bugs with Audio.

Follow either of these steps to fix the issue with the Active window hiding behind.

Method 1:
I suggest you to disable window by hovering over it with the mouse and check if it helps. To do so I suggest you to try the below given steps and check if it helps:

1. Press Windows key + X key and click on Control Panel.
2. Select or click Ease of Access.
3. Click or tap onEase of Access Centre.
4. Click on Make the Mouse Easier to Use was uncheck Activate Window by hovering over it with the mouse.
5. Check if issue is resolved.

Method 2:
I would suggest you to completely uninstall the touchpad driver and reinstall it. Kindly follow the below given steps.

1. Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Device Manager”.
2. In the list of devices, you should see the touchpad drivers.
3. Right click on the device and then select "Uninstall".
4. In the uninstall dialog, make sure you select the option to delete the driver package from the system. This causes the driver package installed earlier to be deleted.
5. In the Action menu of Device manager, select “Scan for Hardware changes” option. This will cause the device driver to be reinstalled. Once the driver is installed, close all windows and restart the computer.
