windows cannot access the specified device path or file you may not have appropriate permissions. look at he image i added. how do i fix this ive tried asking the game about the question they said to contact you guys

Unable to Launch Games such as Gears 4

• Right click on Start button on the desktop and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Here, User Account Control window pops up and click on Yes to open Command Prompt with administrator privileges.
• Type the below command in the Command Prompt: powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
