Windows 10: i need help urgently pls. my game keeps crashing and as a result sometime my whole laptop...

whenever i try to play a game i downloaded off epic games, rocket league, sometimes it lets me play a couple games or sometimes it happens instantly the game crashes and the tab closes. othertimes it says error and my whole laptop restarts. i got in touch with live chat once somehow and someone took control of my laptop and did some stuff on command prompt etc and some stuff on my hard drive, but after they went the game crashed again. my laptop is brand new. its an msi vector 17 hx a14vhg, 1tb ssd 32 gb ram, intel i9 14900hx. can someone help me asap as live chat isnt showing up anymore

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
