Windows 10: i need help useing mirosoft apps

ive gone and done something to my pc at some point and i think i was tweaking withv something i shouldnt have im pretty sure it was giving myself more permissions to delete certain things on my pc im honestly not sure why but ever since ive gotten this problem with opening microsoft apps i have also downloaded atlas onto my computer and dont know how to remove it ive tried doinga trouble shoot i cant open microsft store nor anything related to microsoft ive also tried to use the wsreset.exe command on powershell and useing the windows + R command none of them work alll it does is say youll ne
