    I need help with a forced window rollback on my laptop


    Im having problems with a forced windows rollback. I tried entering my key on windows to recover it. It didn't work. I have tried getting it to roll back to a previous version of windows nothing happened still brought me back to the blue screen. I tried installing windows 11 on a USB and getting it to repair my laptop but it doesn't work either when I press start up repair.

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
