Windows 10: I need help with a software issue

So i have a problem with my pc, just yesterday whenever i close a application or some sorts it dosent close it but the tab disappears and then whenever i try to do somthing else the same thing happens and whenever i open anything for example task manager it shows a blank white screen instead of it giving me the info, also whenever i try to shutdown or restart my pc it either goes to the restart blue screen and stays forever or just dose nothing, so i have to turn it off with the power button, also right now i tried turning it back on but its just a blank screen so i cant give much info on spec

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
