Windows 10: I need help with a trojan type of virus.

Basicly when i try to delete the virus from my computer it says "Access Denied" Ive tried so many things but nothing the virus name is YourPhone.exe and it has 2 more hidden items i found in cmd called "." and ". . "I tried fully cleaning the drive but it stops at 30% and just reinstalls windows with the old windows.old1 file where its located usally the old windows folder is windows.old thats how i found out its malware. Plus my avast firewall keeps sending me logs from the virus The virus itself is named System with chinese letters under it. Ive tried TronScript Malwarebytes Avast and othe

Click Remove all on that screen.

And by the way, note that there is no such thing as a "Trojan Virus." It's either a Trojan (full name: Trojan Horse) *or* a virus. They are two different types of malware. What you have is Trojan, not a Virus.

These are the most dangerous, and most widespread, type of Trojan.

Backdoor Trojans provide the author or ‘master’ of the Trojan with remote ‘administration’ of victim machines. Unlike legitimate remote administration utilities, they install, launch and run invisibly, without the consent or knowledge of the user. Once installed, backdoor Trojans can be instructed to send, receive, execute and delete files, harvest confidential data from the computer, log activity on the computer and more.

If your computer was used for online banking or has credit card information on it, all passwords should be changed immediately to include those used for email, eBay and forums.
You should consider them to be compromised.
They should be changed by using a different computer and not the infected one, if not an attacker may get the new passwords and transaction information.

Banking and credit card institutions should be notified of the possible security breech.
