    Hello,I need help with iTunes. I'm trying to back up my iPhone 15 and it is NOT syncing when plugged into my new Lenovo YOGA. I have updated all software, restarted 5 times and also tried Troubleshooting with Apple Support. After running a number of tests, they have advised that it is not something they can assist with fixing, and that it is a Microsoft hardware issue and I need to contact Microsoft. Please help!

    iTunes won't connect to my iTunes Media directory

    1. Uninstall iTunes completely. (I suggest using Geek Uninstaller. In my experience this does a good job of clearing remnants.)
    2. Download and install latest iTunes from Apple, not Windows Store (Never use the Windows Store for iTunes.)
    3. Check whether the Apple version allows you to point to your old media store.

    HELP! ok....I think I exported my itunes library to an XML file. Then I think I installed an older version of itunes on my PC WHEN I OPENED itunes i got that error again about not being able to read the Library file....so I followed some instructions & got by that...i think... But now I cant quire figure out how to import that Library XML file back into the new(old) itunes now on my PC. can anyone give me step-by-step instructons how to do that??? thanks

    itunes opening automatically on login

    Hi,

    Thank you for your interest in Windows 10.

    I suggest you to follow the steps below to stop iTunes to open automatically:


    • Open Task Manager.

    • Select the Startup Tab.

    • Right click any app in the Startup menu and select Disable.
    If this does not fix the issue, then this needs to be taken care during installation of iTunes, so you may uninstall iTunes and reinstall it and make sure you check for the startup option during the setup wizard of iTunes.
