Windows 10: I need help with minecraft online not working.

I've been troubleshooting for a good 2 hours and I have no idea how to fix it. When I boot up Java I cannot join multiplayer because I need to "check my Microsoft settings", but when I have all my Microsoft settings set to allow. I've logged out and logged in several times but it still doesn't allow me to even click on the multiplayer button.

It looks as if the existing minecraft server will use the new system without modification - It needs to be able to access the computers on the network in a two way link, which is the standard for Workgroup and Homegroup

It's not something I have any direct experience with but a quick read suggests to me that you will not need to do Much if any reconfiguration of the existing server
