Windows 10: I need help with moving my Windows 10 from my old to my new pc

Hello everyone i have 3 questions that i need your help with.

First of all, I had windows 10 education installed on my pc for 3 years now, which was given to me for free as a collage student and i just bought a new pc and i would like to move my HDD there and format using the same product key for the windows 10 education. The problem is that for some reason the windows 10 education ISO file from my collage's site is removed and i only have the product key. I looked at the microsoft site for the windows but i only found one iso for windows 10 which i downloaded but i don't know which windows 10 it is... is it maybe a generic one and i just install it and put my product key for the education version and it will work or something like that? I am afraid of trying in case it doesn't work and then i won't be able to use my pc. So any idea how this work?

Secondly, will i be able to move my windows using the product key from one pc to another just like that or is the product key maybe locked to my previous hardware from the moment i first used it and now i need to contact microsoft or something?

Lastly, do i even need to format or can my HDD work just fine in the new pc without format?

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
