Windows 10: I need help with my apps and stuff

Hello! in december of 2020 i got my laptop for school, I use it a lot and It has a lot of problems with windows, its a HP laptop probook and it wont let me access; calculator, microsoft store, films and tv, photos, camera. I have recently updated to windows 11 thinking it would help, but it hasn't, I've done a ton of research into how to fix it, but nothing has helped. Thanks! also i cant put a screenshot because snip'n'sketch doesn't work, plus no error messages pop up

To understand the issue better, please provide us more information.

• 
  What is the make and model of the computer?
  
• When you say ‘’ I did downloaded it once more from Microsoft site’’ what exactly do you refer to?

Let’s try simple steps and check if this helps in resolving the issue. Follow the below steps.

Step 1.

I suggest you to go through the powershell command and try the below steps provided.

• To open Task manager Press Windows key +X.
  
• Click on File tab and select Run New Task.
  
• Make sure you have a check mark beside Create this task with administrative privileges.
  
• Type Powershell.
• Type the following in the Powershell prompt:
  
  $manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest
  
• Close the Powershell window
• Reboot the computer for the changes to take effect.

If the issues still persist, try the below step.

Step 2.

For the issue with My stuff, I would recommend you to run app troubleshooter and check if it helps. Follow the below link to run app troubleshooter.

If the issues still persist, try the below step.

Step 3.

I recommend you to create new user account using command and check if you face the same issue in new user account.

• 
  Press the Windows key + R on the keyboard.
  
• 
  Type netplwiz and press Enter.
  
• Click on Add button and create a new user account.

Shortcut key for "My Stuff" ?

Using Windows 10, here's the steps I'm taking to search for files on the computer:

• Click Start Menu (or tap the Windows key on the keyboard)
• Start typing a search term
• Click "My Stuff"
• When it finds your file, click it to make the file open
• If you want to open File Explorer and peruse similar files without opening files:
  • After clicking "My Stuff" (in Step 3) go to the bottom area under "Other places to look" and click "File Explorer"
  • File Explorer opens
  
  Question: I don't want to use the mouse to click "My Stuff" in step 3. Is there a shortcut key?
