Windows 10: I need help with my ho window 7 laptiop the Internet explorer doesn't work but I can get online

I got a job window 7 laptop from a drift store for free and when I got it it has a password on it so I restored windows to factory settings n now the Internet explorer will not work I get on the Internet by google but when I search for something n try n download it goes back to Internet explorer not working. I don't know if this computer is capable to be updated to window 10 or 11 . I have a USB flash drive I just don't know how to do it or just to get the Internet explorer to work please help. Please tell me my best option. I don't know if I screwed it up by restoring it . Should I just dow

Microsoft Internet Explorer renamed to Windows Internet Explorer ?




Since version 7 of the world`s most popular web browser - Microsoft Internet Explorer was silently renamed to Windows Internet Explorer.Such a step from Microsoft is not a surprise since Internet Explorer is part of the Windows operation system for a long time.Obviously Microsoft corp. wants to state that Internet Explorer is already considered as a part of Windows and not as an external browser (remember the IE and WMP law issues last year!?).

I suggest you to run the 'Internet Explorer Performance' troubleshooter by following the steps below:

• Type 'Troubleshooting' in the search box and press Enter.
• Click on View All on the top left pane.
• Click on Internet Explorer Performance and follow the on screen prompts for troubleshooting.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
