Windows 10: I need help with my laptop gliching out and turning off with Loud sounds

My lenovo laptop has been randomly turning off when I boot up the laptop. Since my screne is broken I use hdmi to see what I am doing I have my laptop turn off pretty quickly after I turn it on. When I boot up a game or something It will turn off the laptop sometimes the screne will glichout and make earape sound. I can't find what the problem could be if you can help me out that whould be appreciated

Windows 10 freezing with loud buzzing sound

i'm having a lot of problems on my Windows 10 machine and to be honest i'm giving up on it, it used to run games well but now it crashes with a loud buzzing sound even in games that it used to run flawlessly, any help will be appreciated since no one i know has wanted or cared to help me, i've tried updating drivers, windows memory check, updating motherboard drivers, checking drive health and none proved effective, even clean installs of windows won't help, what do i do?

I would suggest you to follow the steps and check if it helps.

Disable the PC Speakers and check if it helps.

• Right click on Sound Icon in the task bar and go to Playback devices.
  
• Select Speaker and click on properties.
  
• Go to Levels tab, and mute (or you can reduce it) PC Speaker and check if it helps.
  

 

speaker volume slider sound is too loud - how do i turn it down?

I have dug around the settings but can't find the solution.

In my laptop the sound levels can be changed via a taskbar icon - it brings up a volume slider. When I click on that slider the sound is very loud. If our external speaker is plugged in the sound is super loud. If you're trying to adjust the sound a bit
on a song, we are deafened by a loud "dingggg" as the cursor hits the slider.

How do I turn this down? There must be a way!
