Windows 10: I need help with my License key after i bought a new motherboard cpu and ram

I bought a new motherboard asus TUF GAMING B650-PLUS a new cpu Ryzen 7 7800X3D and new ram 32GB DDR5 6000MHz and installed a clean version of windows 10 and now i don't have a licence key. When i try to reactivate windows it tells the Edition doesn't match Windows edition on the devices listed below don’t match the Windows edition installed on the device you’re using right now. its my first time doing this and i dont really know where to ask or what to do.

Digital license won't reactivate on new hardware (motherboard, cpu ram)

I have a digital license of Windows 10 that is linked to my Windows account. I've just replaced my motherboard, cpu and ram and whenever I attempt to reactivate my license the activation troubleshoot says "Unable to activate Windows, We can't reactivate Windows
on this device, Try again later.

Prior to changing my hardware I double checked my digital license, The activation said "Windows is activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft account"

If I run 'winver' It also lists the produced is licensed to my Microsoft account.

According to this article below, All I should have to do is goto the activation troubleshooter and everything should work.

New motherboard/CPU/Ram license question

Howdy. I'm about to upgrade my motherboard, CPU and ram. I have a couple of questions.

Currently on windows 10 Pro which was upgraded from a legit windows 7 Ultimate retail key.

1. I'm assuming I will have to do a fresh install of windows 10 after i swap out this hardware?

2. Once I've done the fresh install how do i go about activating my license for windows 10?

New motherboard is a new computer. If your Windows was purchased retail then you can transfer the license. If it came preinstalled on the old computer when you bought it it is an OEM licrnse and is tied to the original motherboard and can not be transferred.
