Windows 10: I NEED help with my pin thing

My spelling isn't going to be the best since I am a 13 year old girl from Mexico but I will try my best, I got my computer for my birthday a couple days ago and everything works fine all the key things work I was able to do everything like sign in and everything then while I was trying to make my pin it brought me back to the crarate a pin thing and it's stuck on there I have tried a lot of youtude tutorials, have readed a lot of atticles and have asked my computer friends but nothing helps, can you please help me?

PIN at start up

I suggest you to follow the below steps how to Change PIN password:

• In the search box, type settings.
• Then Click on accounts.
• Then on the left hand side click on sign in options.
• Then you can Select Change PIN password and remove the pin.

Windows 10 PIN Sign-in

It is possible that the PIN set in an earlier build does not work after reinstalling Windows 10. To better assist you, we'd like clarify few things:

• Which build and version of Windows 10 is installed on your computer?
• Which build and version of Windows 10 are you using before reinstalling Windows?
• Have you tried resetting your PIN?
• Did you get any error messages after you verified the PIN you entered?

Meanwhile, we suggest that you follow the steps in this
article on how you can reset your PIN.

Pinning things to the file explorer on start bar?

@Alfred001, if you hover your mouse to the far right of any name in the 'Recent' list you can pin it to the list of pinned items. This works for the File Explorer icon on Start and on the taskbar (if you have File Explorer pinned to the taskbar).
