Windows 10: I need help with my Vulcan Excursion tablet touch screen and keyboard that came with it

I love my tablet but the touch screen or the wireless keyboard will not work. Did reset and all I did was mess up. If I could find a disk image it would really appreciate it.

Hi,

A couple of weeks ago I bought a Vulcan Journey Tablet with Windows 10. Last week I noticed that the touch screen was slow to respond so I tried recalibrating the touchscreen. Big Mistake, now the touch screen won't respond and I can't even enter my passcode
to login and change my settings or do a factory restore. I was not able to download the driver updates before this happened and I do not have a keyboard. Please help.

I suggest you to perform the following troubleshooting steps and check if it helps. Follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• 
  Right click on the Task bar and select ShowTouch Keyboard Button.
  
• 
  Open the Keyboard and close it (just to check if it’s working).
  
• 
  Next click on Action center and select
  Tablet Mode.
  
• 
  Once you are in Tablet mode, again Right click on the
  Task bar and select Show Touch Keyboard Button.
  
• 
  Open the Key board and check if it’s working in Tablet mode. Next check if it’s available on the task bar in both desktop and tablet mode.

Turn off touch keyboard BUT have a keyboard available on startup


Hi,

I have the problem that anytime I touch the screen with my pen (which is what I use instead of a mouse, being an illustrator) the touch keyboard pops up, even though I have a (bluetooth) keyboard attached. I'd like to get rid of this behavior, HOWEVER, it's mandatory that I have either the touch keyboard or a screen keyboard when i start my tablet in order to be able to sign in to my account. at that point the system does not recognize an external keyboard. Can anyone tell me how to accomplished this: the steps to disable the annoying popup touch keyboard BUT have a keyboard available at startup?
