Windows 10: i need help with PCie drives

so i just fixed my old hp laptop and I wanted to reset it but it did not like me I don't know why but then i went to the windows recovery page and i went to the cmd and i went to diskpart and cleared the disk so I was going reinstall windows 11 I have windows on a usb and i went to try to install it in the the laptop i get the the "where do you want to install windows" page but nothing is there, there is no drive listed so i went back to cmd and diskpart and i went to list disks but it said there are no fixed disk to show so how do I fix this I don't want to get my files back i just want the d

PCIe SSD Drive showing in Bios, but not showing in Disk Management

It sounds like you've already done a lot of troubleshooting, but there are a few more things you can try.

First, make sure that the PCIe SSD is properly seated in the slot. Sometimes a loose connection can cause it to be recognized in the BIOS but not in Windows.

Next, try checking if the drive is recognized in Device Manager (You can search it in Windows search bar). If it's listed there, you may need to assign a drive letter to it in Disk Management. If that doesn't work, you can try updating the firmware on the SSD. Crucial may have a firmware update available that could help resolve compatibility issues.

If none of these steps work, it might be worth reaching out to Crucial support when they're available again. It's possible that they may have additional troubleshooting steps or a replacement drive if yours is defective.
