Windows 10: I need help with Stop Code: Critical Service Failed

I tried to open my computer but I keep getting blue screened, I cannot access any type of recovery panels or anything, and it basically restarts the instant it opens.

Critical Service Failed and Stop Code

Please help me, I have been encountering Critical Service Failed error and I tried to fix it. I tried disabling drivers signature enforcement but that just creates another problem, it now gives me the Stop_Code blue screen. Please help me fix my laptop.

• Press the Windows key + R to pull-up the Run box.
• In the Run box, type services.msc and then hit the Enter key.
• In the Services window, look for Windows Search, right-click on it and then choose Stop.
• Restart your computer.
• Pull-up the Services window again.
• Look for Windows Search, right-click on it and then choose Start.
